How to Get to Berchtesgaden National Park
The park is located in southeastern Bavaria, near the Austrian border. I travelled from Salzburg which was a journey a little more than an hour by BUS. By, car, it will take you 30 minutes to get there.
If you are travelling by BUS, you can take the 840 to Berchtesgaden. It was a straight journey which took 1.5 hours. The bus stop I got the bus from is opposite Panorama terminal kiosk. You can also get the train, but, for me the bus was better because you will get the opportunity to see beautiful views of Austria/ Bavaria.
