No visit to Salzburg is complete without sampling traditional Austrian dishes. Indulge in Wiener Schnitzel, Apfelstrudel, and the local specialty, Salzburger Nockerl, a sweet soufflé. Popular dining spots include St. Peter Stiftskulinarium, Europe’s oldest restaurant, and cozy alpine taverns.
