I have been privileged enough to see nature, and ravel in its unfathomable beauty this year. To be able to separate myself from the routine of the city and escape into the bliss of nature is a privilege I will forever cherish.
So here are my best travel photos to inspire you to travel in 2025
Enjoy✨
Bavaria, Germany
St Bartholomew, Königssee
The church is located at the western shore of the Königssee lake, on the Hirschau peninsula. It can only be reached by boat or after a long hike. However, the locals highly recommend taking the boat as it is safer.
Watzmann mit Eiskapelle
The ice chapel (Eiskapelle in German) is located in Mount Watzmann the main attraction of the national park, is among the five highest peaks in Germany.
Hallstatt, Austria
Known for its stunning Alpine scenery and rich history. Hallstatt in Austria is certainly the place to visit for nature lovers and history buffs. This picturesque village is straight out of a fairytale story, with its scenic and mountainous views.
Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia.
Plitvice Lakes National Park is located very close to the Croatian border with Bosnia (see map below) and just a couple of hours’ drive from either Zagreb or Adriatic coast. The nearest larger town to Plitvice on the coast is Zadar.
We took the bus from Zadar to Plitvice, which we booked via GetYourGuide. The journey was very easy and enjoyable.
Lisbon, Portugal
Lisbon, is the capital city of Portugal, located on the western coast of Europe, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is known for its charming old neighborhoods, colorful architecture, old-fashioned trams, delicious food, and rich history.
This was one of my favourite cities to visit, simply because the people were extremely friendly. I have never felt more welcomed and safe in a place. I can’t wait to travel again
Isle of Man
The Isle of Man is a self-governing British Crown dependency in the Irish Sea between England and Ireland. It’s known for its rugged coastline, medieval castles and rural landscape, rising to a mountainous centre
The Laxey Wheel is built into the hillside above the village of Laxey. It is the largest surviving original working waterwheel in the world. It is an extraordinary example of Victorian engineering in the British Isles, and certainly worth the Visit.
O’L final Thoughts
Happy and Safe Travels
